IMPORTANT NOTICE OF WORKS FROM ANGLIAN WATER
We are planning a vital scheme to install 1km of reinforcement water mains in your area. This will enable us to pump a higher volume of water into the network; ensuring we can maintain water supply and pressure as the population in the area grows.
This means our engineers will be working in your area over the coming weeks/months. We are planning to begin this vital work on 17 August 2020 and it will take approximately 7 weeks to complete.
Things you need to know -
We have planned this scheme to have minimal disruption to your community; with most of the pipe being installed in fields. However, there are 2 small sections of work which will impact the highway:
o Brantham Bridge, 2-way traffic lights, 01– 21 Sept 2020
o Stutton Lane, Road closure, 07 - 18 Sept 2020
Our work will begin near Brantham Bridge where we need to make connections into the existing water network located in the highway. Work will continue in fields adjacent to the A137 before reaching the junction with Stutton Lane where our final connection into the network will be made. Please see enclosed map for pipeline and diversion route.
Access to properties will always be maintained for residents and businesses on Sutton Lane from the East.
As this work is taking place near your property, as shown on the enclosed map; you may see and/or hear us working. Our teams are following social distancing guidelines and we ask our customers to follow these too and avoid approaching our teams while they work.
